Since many of the items I put up for auction are vintage, or antique pieces, they will have the normal wear and imperfections common to older items and they are always sold ‘as is’. Of course, any excessive wear or serious damage will be mentioned in the item description. Please remember that you are the judge when it comes to your favorite collectible. There are probably things that I didn’t know to include in the item description that could be helpful in an accurate appraisal, so if you have any questions about the item, please email me. Thanks

Original circa 1879-1890 s cast iron toy figural balancing candy scale. The toy is marked in the casting under the bottom Patd April 8 1879 . An amazing & wonderful iron toy figural scale featuring a young boy riding in the center, a young girl at one end, & a basket weave designed cup at the other end. The kids sit on tree limbs.
